If you have received an email advising you that your order has been dispatched it will have a tracking number.
If you would like to track your item once it has been passed to the delivery company you can do so by clicking on the correct link below and entering your tracking number.

Stores: No. The store you visit will quote you a fitting price and will advise you of any other parts you require. Please click the store finder link to find you nearest store Store Finder
Mail Order: N/A
Stores: No. Our stores have larger over heads then our mail order centre. Prices online are for mail order customers only. You can contact the store you wish to visit for a price on the item you wish to purchase. Usually if you quote the online price we will match the online price including the shipping cost.

Stores: We will always try to accommodate all of our customers when it comes to fitting. However on some occasions we will not be able to fit your item straight away as our installers may already be working on another customer's vehicle. To avoid disappointment please contact the store and book your vehicle in. We will also take on any custom installs. Please phone us with your requirements for a quote.
Mail Order: You can purchase your item online and then contact your nearest store to book your car in for installation.
Stores: We do offer a fitting service for items that are not bought from us. However please contact the store your wish to visit to book your vehicle in. as this service will only be offered at the manager's discretion. Store Finder

Stores: If you have changed your mind and you have NOT had the item fitted to the vehicle and its in its original packaging, we will exchange the item if returned within 7 days of purchasing it at the store managers discretion
If you have fitted the product we cannot exchange the item.
We do not refund Products if you change your mind.
Mail Order: If you have changed your mind, You must notify us within 7 days. You will need to send the item back to us provided it is undamaged at your own cost.
Stores: We do not offer an instore pick up facility for mail order customers.

Standard Delivery Standard delivery takes 2-3 Working days. Your order will default to this delivery method. Please select a different option if you require another service
Next day delivery Next day delivery is available on all orders placed before 5pm.
Please ensure you select that you want next day delivery at the checkout.
If you have placed your order after 5pm it will be placed on a next day service the following working day.
If placed your order on Friday before 5pm and selected Next day delivery your order will be delivered on Monday. Delivery
Next Day Delivery Before 12 Next day delivery before 12 is available on all orders placed before 5pm.
Please ensure you select that you want next day delivery before 12 at the checkout.
If you have placed your order after 5pm it will be placed on a next day service the following working day.

Saturday Delivery before 12 If you would like your order to be delivered on a Saturday please ensure you select Saturday delivery at the checkout. The deadline for Saturday delivery is Friday 5pm.

At the Car Audio Centre every order is important to us. To maintain our high standards and honour our customer service standards. We ship your order within minutes of you placing the order and can sometimes be picked packed and on the lorry within 5 minutes of you placing your order. We do this by using fully automated systems.
We cannot tell you what time your order will arrive as there are too many factors that vary with the delivery companies, but we do try and deliver the items based on your selected service
Yes all our price include Vat on line and at our Stores
On most occasions your order is dispatched minutes after it has been placed, as our systems are automated we are unable to locate individual orders and this make it very difficult for us to change your order once placed. But don't worry if you need to amend your order we will try our very best to accommodate your request.
