Purchased some low priced car speakers from a high street electronics shop and they were just a waste of time / distorted and sounded just odd. Spoke to some one at car audio and got some yellow coned 6.5 inch speakers (in phase). Immediate difference - they can handle some power and now thankfully it sounds like a decent stereo system!
