The new Raptor range of Subwoofers from DB Audio is ready to kill the competition. Designed and built from state of the art materials this beast of a subwoofer is ready to take charge. This is a serious predator and with its chrome push terminals and Dual 2 ohm impedance it will have plenty of power to drive the 2' Hi-temp 4-layer voice coil. I had this fitted to my MR2 in custom made box behind passenger seat with a Inphase IPA-1001 powering it. All the installtion was carried out by car audio centre tooting. They did a great job. They also used the DB Audio high quality amp kit. The sub is in a sealed box and does produce alot of bass. The amplifier is mounted under the bonnet next to battery. I was amazed by the quality of installtion. Will recommend cara udio centre tooting to evryone especially to MR2 owners.

I am using 2 of these in a closed box, run by a 900wRMS at 2ohm amp, so plenty of head room for these babies.(i did need a power cap tho) These are soo clear sounding better than any others iv heard, would deffo recomend to anyone wanting a nice clear and punchy sound. HOWEVER these are NOT 350wRMS like it says in the description, They are actually only 300wRMS like it says in the manual and printed on the back of the speaker.

Upgraded to this subwoofer free of charge from the sales department, from a JBL GTseries, Great subwoofer, great bass reproduction,is not shy of playing the low notes.
