The 5-1/4" JBL P550c component system sports Honeycomb Laminate (HCL) woofer cones composed of layers of woven glass fiber around a Nomex honeycomb core. These lightweight and extremely rigid cones produce clean, powerful bass. Rubber surrounds resist moisture and heat to guarantee long-term speaker performance.

The JBL P550c uses edge-driven pure titanium dome tweeters handle heavy loads of power without stressing or distorting. P550c feature large voice coils — similar to what you'll find on many upper-end home speakers.

Computer-optimised external crossovers route signals to the appropriate drivers for seamless, integrated reproduction. With a Power Series P550c component system, you'll experience more depth and dimensionality in all of your music.
