The Lanzar CDM692 6 x 9 speaker features a super-stiff red ceramic woofer cone to minimize flexing that can cause distortion. Plus the CDM692 cone offers a larger surface area than other 10cm speakers, for improved bass output and efficiency. The woofer's powerful, compact Barium Ferrite magnets weigh much less than traditional magnets — a nice feature when you're trying to save weight in your high-performance vehicle.
