The DEH-P40MP features integrated network control which
gives you full control over any additional sources that you connect to
it. For example, you can add external amplifiers or speakers via the 2 RCA pre-outs, a multi-CD player or even your iPod via the optional CD-IB100II adapter.
With a rear aux-in, you can also hook up additional audio sources such as an MP3 player.
To further amplify your sound, without having to add an extra amplifier, you also have the option of
connecting a sub directly to the tuner via the Direct Sub Drive.
The DEH-P40MP is an ideal, versatile head unit from which to expand and build your audio system.
If required, the DEH-P40MP can also be integrated with your car’s own built-in display, showing information such as radio frequency and CD track numbers.
