Just a quick thanks to the Birmingham store for fitting this to my A6. Works as described and the Tetrax cradle I bought with it makes it a simple and safe to find my tracks. Great sound, can't tell the difference between CDs and this!

I had one of these fitted to my TT and was very disapointed with the product-a real nightmare to find your tracks and really only works well with playlists-which I don't use. To be fair the salesman did warn me of this-but I was too tight to shell out for a new stereo as he suggested!

However I cannot complain about Car Audio Centre Birmingham, the guys there bent over backwards to help me and did a great job on the fitting.

Their after sales service is excellent as when I complained about the unit they did all they could to try and help me out-double checking I was doing everything correctly and taking a good amount of their time guiding me through using it. They could see that I was still not loving my new toy so said they'd remove it and fit a new stereo for me instead-very helpful indeed. I now have a nice Kenwood KDC-6051U, which cost me a fair few bob more but does everything perfectly. A lesson has been learnt, fortunately a not too expensive one.

easy to install, easy to use, recomend organising playlists as the search feature is a bit hit or miss, found using playlists is alot more acurate. apart from that, subtle and discrete, very happy with the product

great addon to the original audi radio, my cd changer failed and was not cheap to replace so now i just use my ipod, great storage and it doesnt jump when i go over speed bumps!
