I always buy on lines and before i buy i read reviews to help my decision to make sure I am spending my money with a company who will be happy to except it but more importantly value my custom. I read alot of reviews about car audio centre and form the view that they were like marmite either loved or hated. Knowing this and liking marmite I decided i will place my order with car audio centre as they were the only company i could find with multiple stores. I found the website really easy to use and found all the information I needed to know before my purchase. I ordered the Pioneer deh 8400bt but it was not the cheapest on the net but i wanted to test the service also i don't shop at Aldi I am a Waitrose person. The unit arrived 2 days sooner as i selected the standard delivery and got the item next day. Once arrived i opened the unit and then was unsure on how to fit the and spoke to Mike who gave me allot of pointers on how the units should be fitted. I took me over 1 hour to fit the unit but i was very happy with the result. I called car audio centre to thank them for their service and help as most companies don't want to give any help after the sale. I would be certainly recommending car audio centre to all my friends and families and would say you cant go wrong here

rating: review by: Richard Turner	Great product, previously owned a alpine underseat subwoofer which to put it nicely it was poor out put, it had the volume but no bass, the qouted 300 watts on the inphase unit is maybe an understatment, great dynamic sound and power output,the extra bass remote controller is very handy also, as i am using my original Saab stereo with car ipod adaptor and wanted to keep it. ***** 5 stars for this USW10.

rating: review by: dean	i am a regular customer in your radford road shop in nottingham, i had replaced the speakers and the headunit in my toyota yaris, but the sound was still a little lacking in the bass department, chris recomended me this inphase sub woofer as unlike the alpine swe1000 it does actually fit under your seat! to be honest i was sceptical that such a small speaker would work how i wanted, but i trust the car audio centre, more than my other local shop car electronics who dont seem to understand that some customers such as me dont have thousands of pounds to spend on car audio!! well i arranged to have this inphase usw10 fitted and by the time id finished my second cup of coffee at Asda hyson green (excellent coffee by the way!!) i got a phone call to say it was ready. Now regarding the sound, this is why we buy car audio after all!! WOW!! is all i can say, dont get me wrong this isnt going to make your neighbers windows rattle but by god it can tickle your bottom and add that extra dimension of sound that even a high quality speaker cant give you, with a real warmth and depth this sub is trully fantastic!! a massive 5 stars for sound and 5 stars for the service provided by the shop.

rating: review by: Lee	Ive just had this fitted today in my Fiat 500 under the drivers seat.I kept the original speakers as its got 4 6.5" front and rear speakers and 2 tweeters in the windscreen pillars.The sound with the extra bass is great obviously depending on what type of music is playing.The remote wheel is good as you can adjust the bass on the sub without altering the headunit speaker setup.I was going for a 150w active sub at first but im glad i went for this unit which pumps out 300w.I had it fitted at the Manchester shop which Mike runs and has 2 great fitters there.A happy customer who will recommend you.

rating: review by: Aidan	You'll not believe how good these are till you get in a car with one, got rid of the massive box in boot due to needing space for tools, and these are ideal, fitted under front seat, doesn't give asmuch boom as a Big Sub but its as much as you need, cant see point in filling the boot with a box after swaping to these, well worth money :)

rating: review by: paul	really love my cars and my car audio, having a subwoofer is essential for me, i have a company car at the moment so have to be very carefull of any modifications, in my own cars i have always had a sub fitted as it gives you that depth of bass that standard sized speakers just cant produce, i was looking to get some bass into my compay vw golf and Leon from the car audio centre sugested i try one of these, now im an old school kinda guy, subwoofers normally take up the whole boot!! so i wasnt convinced that something the size of a dinner plate could give me what i wanted, well after reading the reviews on this website i thought why not give it a go, well what can i say, it sounds fantastic, dont get me wrong, it will never give your guts a pounding like a good old 15" sub, but when fitted under a front seat it gives you the feeling of Sub Bass and with a remote bass controller you can adjust it very easily to suit different types of music, would i reccomend one of these inphase usw10 subs??? Hell yes! for the money you cant go wrong, it sounds great, is well made and rugged it even comes with most of the wires needed to fit it, awsome value for money

Wicked product for anyone with a Van looking for some bass.

rating: review by: Owen	Hi All It's owen from the Ilford store. If you drive a car where space is at a premium but you still want some bass, Look no further, this is the unit for you. As the description says "Do not be fooled by the compact design, this little number packs a heavy punch." I would have to concur with that! Having installed a few of these, it's the first thing I show when we get a customer with a small car. We've even fitted 2 to a Mercedes SL500 in the rear passenger foot wells! Come to the store for a demo, you won't be dissapointed.

rating: review by: Ray	Originally came in to buy some speakers for my bmw mini but the staff at caraudiocentre in Leicester recommended this inphase subwoofer to fit underneath the passenger seat as well as some DB Audio TREX6.2C speakers to enhance the quality.Paid nearly £450 for the whole lot including fitting but it was money well spent as the sound is amazing with the subwoofer kicking in! They even changed the equaliser on my stereo to improve the sound! Now I need to buy an Alpine 117 headset to finish it off!
