I just want to say a BIG Thank you to Mike, Lee and Phil at the Manchester Store.

They dealt with my indecisiveness and lack of knowledge with real professionalism, really going that extra mile to make my car system just right for me and what I need. I have to say they got it right for sure, The Parrot MKi9200 system I have installed now is a touch of genius and works like a dream.

I can't recommend them highly enough if you want good, honest and personal service. Including the 3 lovely cups of coffee!

Hi Stuart,

Apologies for the slow reply, was in London when this came and then my mailbox filled up with lots of support and I lost it.

Not really done much with the radio yet, as had no real car travel so not used it as much more than a radio and couldn’t find a micro SD card to update it.

SD card now acquired, so intend to update shortly.

First thoughts….

BT will work with any phone for calls, but it won’t stream audio. So you need to attach an iPhone/iPod to do that. So really limited for non users of Apple.

Saying that, having a touch screen is really nice, and changing radio stations and general use feels much nicer than the old style touch screens in all other car audio.

It looks really really nice in the car. Just having it on clock looks great. But in general it feels more like a factory unit that the F30BT did.

Calls have been fine on the few I’ve received/made. But there is no useful phone home button like on the F30BT.

What I don’t like, is you can’t turn of the touchscreen beep and you have to say OK to the warning before it starts up every time you turn on the car!

Hopefully these will be fixed in the update, or a future one. Will let you know when I’ve played more.

Just sold the F30BT for £870 with iPhone cable! L At least there is no ebay/paypal fees to cover.

However despite the loss of having 3 different units and having to buy a new dashboard I’m I happiest with the solution I’ve ended up with. If only because it looks/feels so good. How fickle I am!

Got offered a Brera S at a great price last week. But just managed to talk myself out of it (as the 2.2 apparently will feel quite crap after my 240bhp tweaked diesel). So you nearly had to change it all again!

Got all my stuff fitted yesterday in my Saab 9-3 as you know but just thought Id write you a quick email thanking you for your great service, expertise and professionalism!

The unit (Pioneer AVIC-930BT) looks like it should have been there straight out of the factory, the quality of the installation is amazing even though your lads have had to run wires through a lot of my car, you wouldn't know they had even been in there! Everything works perfectly including the Freeview (which I know can sometimes be twitchy in a moving vehicle) but so far I haven't even had any stuttering or signal loss whatsoever!
Not only that, the price I got the kit for was second to none! Couldn't recommend you guys enough and Ill be sure that I will because whoever sits in my car from now on will want that kit I've got!

I had a Pioneer Satellite Navigation stereo fitted into my VW Golf on bank holiday Monday at your Leicester Branch and I am very pleased with not only the unit, but also the excellent service I was given by the staff.

As the café over the road was closed I was given a cup of tea while I waited and the store manager showed me some options to improve the sound in my car by adding a sub-woofer and upgrading the speakers which is something I will be doing at later date (when I can afford it!).

I will definitely be recommending the store to my friends and will be back for the upgrade soon,

I called into the Birmingham store to check out the navigation systems on display and was given extensive demonstrations of all of them. The staff were very helpful and quickly confirmed they had all the equipment needed to install it in my MKV Golf and I could have it done while I waited. They had it installed in a few hours and provided me with coffee and suggested further ways of improving my audio system-for which I’ll be back in the near future!

The installation is spot on, no creeks or rattles, and the KW-NT30 navigation system they fitted is excellent and has made my job a lot easier and more enjoyable.

Dear Sirs,

I have just ordered a car stereo for my son as a gift and wanted to thank you for the most excellent service that I have received from you which is a rare thing these days.

From making an enquiry by telephone where the gentleman I spoke to was very helpful and informative to ordering which was simple and the prompt arrival of my goods via courier today.

After I had placed my order, someone kindly telephoned me to suggest I may need another item to enable us to install the car stereo which actually was not necessary, (because I gave the wrong vehicle details!!) and today after receiving the order I spoke to a young lady to discuss this who determined, with the right information supplied and through her taking the time and effort to find out and helping me that I indeed did not anything else and so she telephoned me to tell me this thus saving me money.

What a great service.

I hope the CD player performs to the standard of the supplier – we shall find out on Christmas day!!

After taking your advice I went back to consult the dealer who sold me my car, and sure you were correct they overcharged me by £500.00 on the Pioneer sat nav, Thanks for that I got £500.00 back and I would defiantly recommend car audio centre and most of all Blain as you did not have to spend 1 hours on the phone and not get a sale.

I just wanted to mention the great service I got from the staff at your Birmingham branch, particularly Graham (OK, and Lucy!).

Despite a number of obstacles beyond their control, I ended up with everything I asked for and all provided with patience and care.

Damn good customer care - it makes a real difference.

Hi Blain,

Just a quick line to say how impressed I was with Gary.I have bought a Clarion MP3 player + blue tooth kit and stalk adapter.I took delivery later than promised and it also seems to be faulty.When I called I was in a pretty bad mood but Gary assured me there wouldn't be a problem and told me to dis-mantle everything and he would send someone to collect it, your engineers would then test the product and if faulty send a new one.I'd only just finished packing the product and there was a driver at the front door to collect it.All this was within 90 minutes!Great service!

I'm in the music business and I will recommend your company to everyone.
