Non Faulty items

If you've changed your mind, or made an accidental purchase after one too many, our 14 day money back guarantee has you covered. As long as the item is unused and undamaged with all it's original packaging we can refund or exchange it for you. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to let us know, then another 14 days to get it back to us

Faulty Items

There's nothing more disappointing than having something that you rely on stop working, but it can happen to the best of us. If you're car stereo or in car entertainment system has developed a fault within 30 days of purchase you may return it for a refund or exchange - anything after that and we'll have to send it off for repair for you. As we know this process can be very frustrating we've made our returns process as simple as possible for you, just register your return from your account

1 Year Manufactuers Warranty

All our products come with a 1 year manufacturer warranty provided it is a fault that has occured from normal use and not been damanged by misuse.

Simply register the item for return in your account within the time period and we will get it repaired for you if possible or arrange you a like-for-like replacement if it can't be repaired.
