The DNX518VDABS will fit yes however, it is currently a pre order item. At the moment, we are looking May time before this unit is in I'm afraid.

There is another unit similar to this, it is the SNOOPER SMH-580VW. It has built in navigation as well as wireless Apple CarPlay and wired Android Auto. It also comes with everything you need to install it.

Can someone tell me the parasitic battery drain when the unit (DNX518) is powered off? I am seeing c240mA draw on the battery when the keys are out of the ignition and the unit is off. Problem?

The headunit itself can not drain battery. It seems that in this case you will need to get your wiring checked.
