Learn our grading system – Brand New, Open Box, and Refurbished. From 'Excellent' to 'Good,' learn about each grade for confident purchasing.

Condition Types

All items are inspected prior to listing. Any used or refurbed items are tested by a technician.

ⓘ We do not sell non-functioning items. Any items that are faulty are returned to manufacturers.

  • Brand New

    New, unopened, and unused products with full warranty and support. All of our products are brand new and unused unless stated otherwise.

  • Open Box/B-Stock

    "Open Box" or "B-Stock" means that the item cannot be sold as new – a mix of customer returns (unused), cancelled, undelivered orders, and warranty replacement products.

    • The box has been opened but the device has never been used.
    • Item is in ‘as new’ condition and may have the odd minor handling mark.
    • Most likely retail packaging or may be in a replacement box.
    • 12-Warranty is valid.

  • Refurbished Products

    We do sell refurbished products from time to time. Refurbishment gives a new lease of life to older products. Electronic Waste has a huge impact on the environment, so buying a refurbished item gives you a product you want, for less money but also better for the environment!

Grade A - Excellent

‘Grade A’ means that the item is in excellent condition – this is a mix of ex-display, customer returns (unused), cancelled pre-orders and refurbished.

  • Professionally refurbished by the manufacturer and tested before listing for sale.
  • Item is in excellent condition, and likely will only have minor marks.
  • May have retail packaging or may be in a replacement box. Packaging may not be perfect.
  • 12-Month Warranty.

Grade B - Very Good

‘Grade B’ means that the item is in very good condition - this is normally refurbished, used items.

  • Professionally Refurbished; inspected, and tested by a technician.
  • The item is in very good condition and will have visible marks and scratches.
  • May have retail packaging or may be in a replacement box.
  • 12-Month Warranty

Grade C - Good

‘Grade C’ means that the item is in good condition - a mix of ex-demo, refurb and customer returns.

  • Professionally Refurbished; inspected, cleaned, and tested by a qualified technician.
  • The item is in good condition but will have moderate marks and scratches.
  • May have retail packaging or may be in a replacement box.

Yes, all of our items come with a 12-month warranty. Some items have 3-Year warranty.

Do you test them before selling?

Any used or refurbed items are tested and inspected prior to us listing the item.

Why would I buy a Grade C?

Whilst marks and scratches can be off-putting for speakers, subs, and amps, it wouldn't be as much of an issue, as these items are typically hidden. Not to mention the significant savings you would have on a Grade C item.
