Car: VW Beetle - 1998>
On a 2ohmn bridged load can this amp run/handle a 300w rms sub?
Answer:
in short the answer would be no, this amp cannot run 2 ohm bridged but 4 ohm stereo would give you only 60wrms per channel, ipa1001 would be perfect as its 150W rms per channel at 4 ohm stereo which is how you would be best to run your subwoofer.

Hi, I have a dual coil sub wired in series 8ohms it is 250w rms would this power it ok?
Answer:
Hi
These are the power figures for this amplifier. I'm assuming your subwoofer is dual 4 ohms. You will need to wire the subwoofer down to 2ohms to make this amplifier work.
